Carnival in Sant Jordi

One of the most deeply rooted traditions that could not miss in the town of Sant Jordi is the expected celebration of Carnival, a very special day where children and adults go to the streets to march in the cavalcade and thus show their most imaginative costumes. Maundy Thursday celebration kicks out of Carnival and the festive week ends with the Burial of the Sardine.
