Each October, the Ses Salines Natural Park of Ibiza and the village of Sant Jordi transform into a fascinating setting for the “Fira de la Sal,” a unique cultural and tourist event dedicated to commemorating the heritage and culture intertwined with traditional salt harvesting.
From October 17 to 19, Sant Josep de sa Talaia celebrates its salt-producing origins with cultural activities, gastronomy, and family-friendly entertainment in Sant Jordi and the Ses Salines Natural Park of Ibiza.
