Autumn arrives in Ibiza, a time that brings with it deep-rooted traditions such as the slaughter of the pig, the grape harvest, the collection of almonds, the harvesting of oil and so many other local products from the sea and the market garden that lead us to enjoy a unique gastronomy. Today marks the start of the I Gastro Days ‘Eating in Ibiza’, with menus from €25 and tapas at €7 in many restaurants on the island, where local and seasonal produce is at the heart of everything we do.
