From the 18th of April to the 19th of May the SABORS de Primavera gastronomic days will be held, focusing on the promotion of seasonal products. The protagonists of these days will be peasant chicken, Ibiza red potato, ray fish and sobrassada, along with the 25 restaurants on the island that have prepared delicious menus based on local products and Km0 that the sea and the land of Ibiza offer us this spring.
The sea, the orchards, the dry land, the olive groves and vineyards, the diversity of landscapes and the mild Mediterranean climate offer us a variety of ingredients that change with the seasons and form the basis of our cuisine.Download menus of participating restaurants
