Near the village of Sant Josep is located the highest peak of the island of Ibiza, Sa Talaia with 475 meters.
On a clear day is highly recommended a trip to the summit and discover the best views of the island. From the top you can see almost everything, Formentera island, the Natural Reserve of Illots Ponent (Es Vedrà and others) and the mainland coast of Spain on very clear days.
The way up is easily accessible for any type of vehicle. To reach you must leave the town of Sant Josep and heading towards Sant Antoni to take the detour towards Cala Vedella beach. You will find the road signposted on the left of the road to Cala Vedella beach.
